Who We Are

Himal Next was founded in Kathmandu, Nepal, with a single mission: to bring world-class Institutional Footprint Trading (IFT) education to Nepali traders at a price, pace, and language that works for us.

"Himal" — our mountains — stands for ambition, endurance, and the willingness to climb higher. "Next" — because every trader is always becoming the next, better version of themselves.

Our proprietary indicators — SHIV, SHAKTI, and KESHAV — reflect the IFT framework values of strength, energy, and wisdom. Every course we teach is built on this one unified system, from foundational price action to advanced institutional order-flow concepts.

Our Mentor

SHIV, PhD in Management with multiple international awards and recognition, is a seasoned entrepreneur, trader, and educator with over two decades of experience in the financial markets. He has helped hundreds of students develop their trading skills and build successful careers in the industry.

SHIV runs an investment consulting company in Dubai that provides personalized guidance to traders at all levels. In the recent past, SHIV owned a high-profile financial investment company, an algo-trading consulting firm, and a financial products company, also based in Dubai. With his vast experience as both trader and educator, SHIV has developed his own proprietary indicators and strategies — the foundation of everything taught at Himal Next.
