This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Himal Next ("we", "us") collects through himalnext.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website and Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Enrollment requests: name, email, country, phone number, selected course(s), coupon code (if any), and any message you include.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
• Partner / Influencer applications: full name, age, sex, email, WhatsApp and mobile numbers, an uploaded government ID card image, and (for Influencers) your social media links and follower counts.
• Coupon usage: the coupon code you enter at checkout and the resulting discount, so it can be attributed correctly.

We do not collect payment card details on our website — payment is currently handled manually and confirmed by our team.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your course enrollment.
• To send you confirmation emails, course access details, and — if you've opted in — occasional updates.
• To evaluate and respond to Partner/Influencer applications.
• To attribute enrollments to the correct Partner, Influencer, or Marketing coupon and calculate any applicable commission.
• To respond to your questions sent via email or WhatsApp.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. Emails are sent via our own Gmail-based mail system. If you enroll using a Partner or Influencer coupon code, that Partner/Influencer is notified that a referred enrollment occurred (including your name, email, country, and phone number) so their commission can be tracked — this is a necessary part of how our referral program works. We do not share your ID card image or application details with any Partner or Influencer; those are visible only to the Himal Next admin team.

5. Data Storage & Security

Enrollment, newsletter, and application records are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to authenticated Himal Next administrators. Uploaded ID card images are stored in a protected directory that cannot be browsed or accessed without an active admin login.

6. Cookies & Third-Party Content

Our public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only when an authorized staff member logs into the admin panel. Pages may load fonts from Google Fonts and, where a course preview is shown, an embedded YouTube video — both of which are subject to their own respective privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain enrollment, application, and coupon-usage records for as long as necessary to operate our Services, respond to your enquiries, and meet our own record-keeping needs, unless you request deletion sooner (see below).

8. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing himalnext.np@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our Partner/Influencer application form asks for age as part of standard eligibility screening.
