These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Himal Next website, courses, TradingView indicators, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated from Kathmandu, Nepal. By enrolling in a course, submitting an application, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Himal Next provides trading education — including live mentorship, recorded video courses, and proprietary TradingView indicators built around the Institutional Footprint Trading (IFT) framework. Our Services are educational only. We are not a registered investment, legal, or tax advisor, and nothing we publish or teach constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation, or a trading signal. When you submit an enrollment request, you are asked to provide your name, email, country, phone number, and selected course(s). Payment is currently collected manually (e.g. bank transfer / QR code), and enrollment is confirmed once our team verifies your payment. We aim to respond to enrollment requests within 24 hours.
Live courses run on the schedule stated on the course page (typically weekday sessions with session recordings provided for revision). Recorded courses come with lifetime access to the video modules for the enrolled student only. Course materials, indicators, and any account access are for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
Discount, Partner, Influencer, and Marketing coupon codes are issued at Himal Next's discretion and may be modified, deactivated, or expired at any time. If you apply to become a Partner or Influencer, submission of an application does not guarantee onboarding — final approval rests with Himal Next management, per the Benefits and Onboarding information provided during the application process.
Because course access, live sessions, and coupon-linked commissions are activated soon after enrollment, refund eligibility is assessed case by case. If you need to request a cancellation or refund, please contact us directly at himalnext.np@gmail.com or via WhatsApp and we'll advise you on the options available for your situation.
All course content, curriculum, video recordings, PDFs, and the SHIV, SHAKTI, MADHAV, KESHAV, and DURGA TradingView indicators are the intellectual property of Himal Next. You may not copy, reproduce, publicly share, or create derivative works from this material without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Himal Next and its instructors are not liable for any losses or damages — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of our educational content or from trading decisions you make, whether or not informed by what you learned with us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
